As Wales' First Minister Carwyn Jones is preparing to launch a scheme focusing on affordable homes later this week, a new scheme has been launched in Pembrokeshire to try and help struggling homebuyers.
A prototype house made of timber has been completed and the aim is that 10 jobs will be created to manufacture 12 more wooden houses next year.
Called Ty Solar, the firm behind its says it was built for £75,000 - although that does not include a plot of land or connection to utilities.
